STAR TREK ACTION SERIES AND 4CAPTS

We are now up-to-date with the despatch of the Star Trek Action Series and the 4 Captains sets. Most packages have been despatched already and there are a few being packed at present that will be despatched by 18th December.

Please refer to your account details on-line to see if your order has been despatched. If you have any problems then please contact us immediately.

There are three issues that we have encountered that may cause a delay in despatch to certain customers:

Sets STAMOV1 and STAMOV9 are delayed because one card in each set had to be reprinted. We should have these two sets in stock very soon.

Certain sets with particular serial numbers requested by customers are not available. We will endeavor to remedy this matter quickly but we will contact any customers affected during this week.

If you are paying by credit card and your card has expired since placing your order you should contact us with your new details to arrange payment.

If you have e-mail then we will advise you of the despatch on the day that it is sent to you.
